Outsiders RC is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to ensure your personal details are protected when you deal with us
In order to contact you and provide services to you, we need to collect some “personal information” about you. For example, we will need your name, address and email address when you register for our eStore or newsletter and when you enter your name, address and/or email address in order to obtain more information about our products and services. We only collect the personal information that we need to provide you with a service.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not made contact with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have a 25% Restocking fee for all items returned. Older,Discontinued and specialized items will incur a larger fee.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We also do not accept products that are:
-opened or used, liquids includinding paints and oils.
- Gift cards
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will get intouch with you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will advise you if the return will be refunded or declined.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via store credit or viathe original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, send us an email at sales@outsidersrc.com.au
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
How do customers return items?
To return your product, you are required to make contact with Outsiders RC and we will advise the return address. This may be done in person or via email - sales@outsidersrc.com.au
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
