When Team Losi Racing unveiled the revolutionary 22 buggy in 2010, it jump-started the entire electric racing scene. This new 2WD platform was just the first in a series of winning TLR 22 vehicles that would all deliver top-level performance.
Now, a new era of domination begins with the 1/10 scale 22X-T 2WD Stadium Truck Kit. The TLR design team started with lessons learned from the World Championship-winning 22 - and from years of further platform development, all the way to the recently released 22X buggies. They emerged with a brand new stadium truck that's easier to maintain and comes optimized for dirt and clay tracks, with a ton of adjustability that makes it easier to drive faster on today's high-grip surfaces.
If you're ready for the podium, the 22X-T is equipped to take you there. Key improvements include a hard-anodized 2mm 7075-T6 aluminum chassis that's lengthened and optimized for today's higher grip tracks, plus adjustable body mounts and all-new front and rear arms. The buggy-length shocks and lower towers produce a lower CG, while larger, 13mm big-bore shocks with 13mm springs contribute to plush landings and quick cornering.
Two front caster block and spindle options let you tune the steering feel to what you want and need on different surfaces; options for wide or narrow king pin locations are available. The wide location provides a more linear feel and keeps the stadium truck flatter through the corners. For a more aggressive steering feel, you can choose the narrow king pin location.
The 22X-T also has a new laydown gearbox that offers easy access to the proven ball differential. You'll be able to maintain the differential and idler gear quickly without disassembling the entire gear box - a big advantage given that the suspension uses the gearbox for all of its mounting positions.
TLR includes many option items with the 22X-T to offer the maximum amount of tunability right out of the box. It also has many parts in common with the 22X DC and 22X AC Race Buggy Kits for easy parts sharing. The demands of 2WD electric racing have changed, as the tracks have changed from traditional loose-grip dirt to high-grip clay, carpet, and turf. With the 22X-T, you can adapt to any track and be fast and successful anywhere.

NEW LAYDOWN GEARBOX DESIGN
The new laydown gearbox design allows easy access to the differential and idler gear. The idler gear and differential can be replaced and maintained quickly without disassembling the entire gearbox - a key convenience because the suspension uses the gearbox for all of its mounting points. Multiple differential heights are possible, starting higher than previous 22 vehicles for current style tracks.
MULTIPLE KING PIN OFFSETS
Two front caster block and spindle options let you match the steering feel to different track surfaces with wide and narrow king pin locations available. The wide location has a more linear feel and keeps the truck flatter through corners. The narrow king pin location provides a more aggressive grip and feel.
G3 13mm BIG-BORE SHOCKS
Larger 13mm big-bore shocks are included with the 22X-T for even better handling and cornering. They're paired with new 13mm springs to provide the proper support. The new shocks have updated G3 3mm internals while utilizing the current trusted seals.
ALUMINUM CHASSIS
Lengthened for consistency with current track types, the 2mm machined 7075-T6 aluminum chassis is hard-anodized for excellent wear characteristics and precision milled to flex in the correct places for optimal grip.
ADJUSTABLE CASTER
Caster adjustments on the 22X-T are made using included inserts. A wide variety of caster adjustment options - from -5° to 5°, in 2.5° increments - are available right out of the box. In combination with the adjustable kick up, this lets you go from 15° to 30° of total caster.
ADJUSTABLE KICK UP
You now have more options for changing the chassis kick-up angle using the multiple shims included with the kit. Kick up can be adjusted from 20° to 25° in 2.5° increments simply by changing the kick shim under the front suspension.
CARBON FRONT & REAR SHOCK TOWERS
The 4mm front and rear shock towers are made of woven carbon fiber for rigidity and durability. The front tower anchors to the front bulkhead to reduce flex and increase bulkhead strength. The rear tower location allows for more wing adjustment, and for the rear diff to be removed without removing the gear box.
STANDARD OFFSET WHEELS
The 22X-T uses the industry standard offset 2.2” front and rear wheels (sold separately), giving you more brand options to choose from when completing your kit. Wheels sold separately.
ADAPT TO ANY TRACK
All necessary parts are included with the 22X-T to give you a large amount of tunability right out of the box, without needing to buy more.
